    For what occasion?
  • Hmm, they are both really nice jackets. The jacket on the left looks a little "smarter" and something you could wear to a more of a formal situation, but then the one of the right looks a little more casual and warmer.

    This.

    Depends on the occasion.

Left for formal, right for casual.
  • For what occasion?

Everyday wear, walking to and from work, and casual or social trips.
  • For casual I pick the right, no doubt :)

The one on the right. Left looks a bit outdated.

PS: it also depens if you're short or tall. If you're tall you want to go with the left. If you're short-medium then the right is fine. You don't want it to go up to your belly button.

I really like the one on the left. The one on the right is okay too, but it looks sort of nondescript and lower quality. I know it's probably not...but I just think the left hand side looks like it could be dressed up or down really well and would serve you well in many different situations.

Left. I like both, but I think the left one looks more polished. But as others have said, it' depends on what you're wearing it for.

Left is £49 ($80), on sale from £70.
Right is £30 ($49), on sale from £45

    they both look gay.

How about expressing your opinion in a way that doesn't insult at least 4 million Americans in the United States, not to mention the countless millions throughout the world? Or at least attempting to show a basic level of intelligence when expressing an opinion?

For example (since you appear not to like the jackets):

    Both are ugly.
    Both are unflattering.
    Both aren't my style.

How would you like it if I said "you shouldn't buy either of those jackets because they're disgusting like Smudge_'s nasty face/body/oversized nostrils?"

For the record, I don't necessarily think you have a nasty face/body or oversized nostrils, but I do think you're likely an idiot for your post.

To OP - I prefer the one on the left, but it is more formal.

Not that I'm supporting the use of the term 'gay' as a descriptive unless someone is, in fact, gay. But when I read his statement my first thought was that he thought they were both 'fabulous'. ~chuckles~ In my defense, I've been reading a lot of facebook lately.

Really? I would have thought the opposite since it comes below the waist. The area around my hips is wider than my stomach as my lower body (legs and glutes) are more developed than my upper body (chest and back). A bit like the hourglass shape, but a male version if that makes sense?

*I'd go with the right for that then.*
