Ok, so averaging a 3 minute mile calculation for spinning class, which is 50 minutes. I have completed 16.5 miles of 50. 33.5 left.
Although we push it pretty hard in Spin, I understand that it is not the same as road cycling, but I will take it. If feel so guilty...air conditioning, lack of road hazards, idiots and all. Oh the guilt, how will I ever live?0 -

I've been doing this challenge since January and now I'm aiming for 60 miles (sometimes 70 depending on the month!)
