I'm back!

Hello!

So before the summer rolled around I had lost about a stone, I was so much more toned, I was healthier and a little happier! But life happened and I stopped journalling my food as I became totally obsessed with losing weight. I overdid it at the gym big time and wore myself out. So I had a 'break'.

I have had to give up my gym membership as I can no longer afford it. :-( This has been bad as I do not have enough motivation to go running outside. I also have the tiniest living room imaginable so a fitness DVD is difficult because of the limited space!

I had a 'summer of gluttony' as my OH put it and ate what I wanted and when I wanted so when term started again my clothes were too tight. I have reigned in the eating since I am back at school but need to lose some lbs!

I think I am going to try logging my food again!

Anyway, hello again! I hope you have all done much better than me!

    Hi there, you sound like me....i moved house and began eating convenient foods again, so i've put on a couple of pounds again. So i'm back on again now want to lose a bit for xmas!! x
