First time on website

I've used the mobile app since 9-28-10.(First time on website) I just listed foods for the first week that I normally eat, with no exercise (because I don't normally exercise:laugh: ). I am a very visual person so to watch the calories go from green to red really gets your attention. Saturday when I logged my lawn mowing time was a turn around for me. To see how many calories I "gained" by just cutting the grass was amazing. Can't wait to see what this week holds.
