Super easy and WAY low cal, it's two cups coffee (10 cal), one cup almond milk (30 cal), 3 TBS pure pumpkin (20 cal), Cinnamon, pumpkin spice, and zero cal sweetener (honey and maple syrup work great too). Put all ingredients in pot let simmer, and whisk together, then use coffee filter and poor into cups, Makes two servings only 30-40 calories per serving.! LOVE IT. Tastes like a pumpkin cinnamon roll.
