Looking for Friends and Support

Hi Everyone!

I'm a 37 year old mom to a toddler. I'm currently 143 pounds at 5'4" and would love to lose 15 pounds. I'm just wondering if there is anyone out there that is doing the same or has done this already. What tips do you have? What exercises and meal plans worked for you? Feel free to add me!

    I was almost the same weight & height....now on maintenance ....stay @ your calorie goal, move your body, dink the water....simple...eat low fat & lean proteins, & fill up on veggies & fiber filling foods...????????????
