Need some support to lose the last 16 lbs

I've been using my fitness pal since the birth of my little price in may 2012. I've lost 55 lbs so far but I have been stuck at the same weight now for over 6 months. ( up and down) I'm finding it difficult to stick to my calories since the weightloss has slowed down. I've like to get another 16 lbs off by may next year. I'm joining the discussion forums to get some new ideas, tips and inspiration and to see if I can help too :)

    Amp up your workouts by doing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and really stick to your eating plan and allotted calories. Every little choice counts in the end! :)
