Spooky trails and with goblins to chase . It's time for a new month of stepping!
Challenge is to do 10,000 steps in a day. You can do this for any one day or try for the entire month. Jump right in at any time! You can set a lower or higher goal if you wish. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!
It's easy to join - Just post here to begin!
You will need a step counter to keep track of your steps and then post your results daily here.

Daily: A minimum of 18K steps and 11K aerobic steps every single day.
30-day goal: 600,000 steps; 390,000 aerobic steps (2700 minutes); 270 miles
Complete Long Beach Marathon in under 6 hr 24 min (my previous marathon personal record)
Continue all walking streaks - Current streaks as of 9/30/2013:
- 10K steps: 540 days - streak started 4/9/2012
- 11K steps: 247 days - streak started 1/27/2013
- 16K steps: 92 days - streak started 7/1/2013
- 17K steps: 61 days - streak started 8/1/2013
- 18K steps: 42 days - streak started 8/20/20130 -

I would like to participate. I have a fitbit and try to accumulate by miles (at least 5 miles per day). My stride is short so about 12,000 steps per day=5 miles. I had at 14 hour day at work yesterday, so did not make my goal.
