Free workouts! IE: for me that means walking or jogging. I live on the edge of a small town so the countryside starts 100 yards away...0

The cardio that comes from having my mom's dogs chase me all over the yard and house. They're still in Chicago and now I'm in Hawaii, so it's not really an option anymore, so I'd say Turbo Fire HIITs right now.0
