    I'm in for losing as much as possible! 20 pounds would be a huge stretch for me, but I'm thinking 12 is reasonable! Let's do this!

    I'm new to myfitnesspal, just joined yesterday. I want to be accountable for what I eat and try to get healthy. I started walking at lunch thru Pittsburgh (yes I did go see the big yellow duck yesterday). I would love to join in on this as I need as much support as I can get, I've no idea what I'm doing food or exercise wise.

    I'm IN -- 20 lbs is very Doable IF I get busy and start eating the right portions, the right foods, getting a little exercise. I'm going to cut out the crap...the junk...the no nutritional value but feeds my cravings and head. I'm going to focus on FUELING my body... Nutritional NEEDS.

    LET'S DO THIS! We will feel so much better by Christmas if we start today... small steps...making it happen.

    Add me as a friend if you are looking for encouragement. Make your food diary public... or "shared with friends" on MFP so we can help hold each other accountable for at least logging our food. It helps so much... brings focus on should we waste so many calories on something

    I'm in as well. Tho my goal is my birthday, December 9 :) So hopefully by Christmas I'll be golden!
  • I lost 14 lbs in a month by no carb breakfast, and deli meat rolled ups, carbmaster yogurt for lunch and protein, veggies and small carb item at dinner. along with some exercise.
