Hello all

Hello, My name is Kimberly and I'm a Registered Dietitian. Im on here to help anyone who has questions, as well as to keep track of my own activity. Being a Dietitian I promote healthy eating and activity, however sometimes its hard for me to get that activity in myself.

You may think that I eat healthy all the time, in fact I do not. The other day I grabbed a quick bite from McDonalds. We are all human, and I'm not the food police. Just have more knowledge than most about Nutrition and how it can effect the body and our health.

    Thanks for the adds guys. I will try to post fairly regular blogs with diet tips and information, so keep an eye on those. if you ever want me to review your intake just let me know and I can take a look at your food diary (as long as its visible) and give you any tips or pointers that I may see for adjusting your diet.

    Feel free to ask me any questions as well. If you are wondering about it, then I'm sure others are too. I am more than happy to help get your questions answered!
