Great 2 1/2 weeks

Have had a great 2 1/2 weeks back on track here, after packing on 23lb throughout the summer, lots of cardio 33km first week and 47km second week, and 30km in all ready, ive got my cals down sodium well in check below the 2500 and cut my coffee back from 2 cream and 2 sugar to 1 sugar and cut out over 200 grams of sugar in a week, and im down 10lbs, also doing 25lb kettle bell workout and 15lb dumbells. 1st week lost 6lbs, 2nd week up 1 lb and down 5lbs so far this week.
