After working my *kitten* off last winter, only to ruin all progress by turning my protein-shake-and-fitness days into Bud-Lite-at-the-beach days, I need help getting back into a good fitness routine! About 5'4 130lbs. Not really looking to lose weight (except maybe the 5lbs I put on) more looking to get toned and build a little muscle in my arms. I've been reading a lot into Jack3d as a pre-workout and think I might try that. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on any post-workouts or any suggestions at all?

If you are going to lift heavy weights, you can have a solid post workout meal, with enough carbs.
I'm no expert, but my boyfriend takes BCAA as a pre-workout. There are also a few interesting options in Amazon.
Other supplements you might want to get are Omega 3, multivitamin and fat burner, like CLA0 -
I really like Optimum Nutrition's Amino Energy for a pre-workout. As far as post workout, I have a whey protein shake and creatine0
