Didn't know what to call this post. LOL. Anyways I was wanting to see what everyone would put. Maybe it will give other people ideas too.

What are your utlimate goals? (ex: jeans size, shirt size, weight, etc)
What are some of your weight loss goals? (can be ones you had but reached or ones you wanna reach)
Do you have rewards for when you reach your goals?
What are some of the things you would like to change about yourself? (can be personal, looks, psyicial, etc)


Lets see how many answer we can get. Maybe some of us will steal some ideas lol!

    Goals/ Rewards....

    ~ wHeN I LoSe ~
    10 lbs (200) - new shoes *reached:10/22/09*
    20 lbs (190) - new running shoes
    30 lbs (180) - new workout equiment (weights/dvds)
    40 lbs (170) - Turbo Fire !!!
    50 lbs (160) - new boots
    60 lbs (150) - P90X !!!
    70 lbs (140) - make-over (new hair and makeup, pedi & medi)
    80 lbs (130) - SHOPPING SPREE

    My Utlimate goals are...
    Jeans: 7
    Shirt: Medium

    ~ gOaLs ~
    Fitness:
    * Run 6 miles straight 5 days a week
    * 500 Situps a day 6 days a week
    * 200 pushups a day 6 days a week

    Body:
    * 130 -140 weight range (healthy range)
    * Normal blood pressure
    * Medium size shirts
    * Size 7 pants

    Nutrition:
    * Drink my water intake
    * Portion control my food
    * No salt added
    * No eating past 8 PM
    * Stop living to eat!

    Things I would like to change....
    * Become a workoutolic
    * Love myself
    * Have engery

    So first of all, Ultimate Goals:

    Weight: 120-125
    Jean Size: 6
    Running: a full length marathon

    (and in personal life)
    get a talent agent :D

    Rewards
    at -35 lbs (about halfway to final goal) Get my hair done and massage :D
    at final goal New wardrobe!!!


    Im about 6lbs until halfway there!

    Food Goals:
    Control Sodium and Sugar intake!
    Cut back on dairy (im a dairy nut!)

    Exercise goals:
    Running, at least 2 miles a day 5 days a week
    do boy push ups! hahaha

    I'm 5'11" just to give you an idea for the "healthy weight range".

    When I loose
    30 lbs - new outfit
    50 lbs - trip/nice vacation (more than just a weekend)


    My Utlimate goals are...
    Jeans: 12/14
    Shirt: Large

    Goals:

    Body:
    * 139 - 179 weight range (healthy range)
    * Normal blood pressure
    * Large size shirts
    * Size 12/14 pants

    Nutrition:
    * Drink my water intake
    * Portion control my food


    Things I would like to change....

    * Love myself and my body (not vain-like though)

    When I get to my ultimate goal of 140 and toned, I am getting a tattoo on my ribs.

    Food Goals:
    - control sodium and CARBS
    - eat more protein

    Exercise Goals:
    -run a 5k without stopping.
    - exercise 5 days a week.
    - 100 push ups challenge!

    Self Goals:
    - be confident wearing a bathing suit.
    - love myself.

    Ultimate goals:

    - Bottom: Aus size 8-10
    - Top: Aus size 8 or XS-S
    - I want to get a diploma in Personal Training, and in Nutrition, so need to get this right!


    Fitness:
    - Just to run any distance without walking
    - To run shorter runs 4 days a week, with a longer distance run 1 day a week


    Body:
    - A healthier weight of 115-120lbs (5'3" for reference)
    - Stronger joints (hypermobility) and increased upper body strength
    - Just a slimmer and trimmer look
    - Stronger lungs!


    Nutrition:
    - At least 2 litres of water per day
    - A vegetarian diet
    - Moderation


    Self Goals:
    - More confidence


    Rewards:
    - None. I can't afford rewards, as I'm saving for a visa... and I can't think of any free rewards for myself so I'll be keeping my eyes open for ideas from others. :P

    * Waist - 30"-32"
    * Shirt size - Medium (or Small in some cases)
    * Toned:
    - Toned arms (though they don't need to be a gunshow, hah)
    - A slimmer face
    - No love handles
    - Some ab definition
    * Not needing to log my calorie intake, but having a good idea of where I stand each day on my own
    * Being more attuned to my body's needs
    * Looking in the mirror and thinking, "Damn, I'm sexy!", haha! :x

    Fitness
    ---
    * Completing the 100 push-ups challenge (halfway there!)
    * More ab workouts
    * Moving up to jogging from fast walking
    * Running a marathon at some point

    Rewards
    ---
    * Continually feeling more confident!
    * New clothes - Of which, I just bought 2 pairs of 32" pants this week!
    * Releasing an EP or something with my music projects

    My main goal is to reach 140-135lbs.
    size 7-9
    running 5k's without having to walk

    I have a half way there goal prize of going on vacation to visit my friend, then we are going shopping for some new clothes.

    If I go to the gym 5-6 time I get myself something that makes losing weight fun, better, more comfortable, ect.
    week 1 polar HRM
    week 2 new shoes
    week 3 digital scale

    My final goal bathing suit shopping in an exotic land!

    Running the boardwalk at the beach from end to end (5.5 miles)
    Running a 5k, 10k and 1/2 marathon


    Natural Rewards:
    More energy
    Looking better
    More confidence
    Longer life

    Ways to Reward myself:
    New running shoes
    New workout clothes
    A HRM
    A series of personal training sessions
    New clothes
    A massage

    Yep :)

    Fitness Goals-
    To complete a C25K program & run a whole 5K
    Run a 10K and 1/2 Marathon (someday)
    Strength training 3-4 days a week

    Weight/Body-
    Goal weight to 140-145
    To have mildly toned abs (its toned on upper part but fat down beneath)

    Nutrition-
    To drink 8 or more glasses of water a day
    To eat all my fruits and veggies
    To keep everything below the red numbers on my diary
    Try to keep at 1500 calories a day (I'm pretty active)

    Rewards-
    New running/walking shoes
    New clothes when i reach weight goal.
    Maybe a 90 minute massage if i can afford one also at weight goal.
    Wedding dress when the time comes. ^-^
