    I got this very long infomercial in the email about the 80/20 weight loss plan by Emma.......I have never heard of it. It sounds feasible and responsible. But it is an infomercial. They always sound wonderful. I was just wondering if anyone knows anything about it.

    why not just try using MFP as designed, eating what you like, and getting some exercise in?
