Hello, hello everyone.

Just introducing myself real quick. I'm a midwest girl who started out simply trying to eat better, for both me and the environment. I just ate more vegetarian meals, cut out a lot of overly refined carbs and reduced my animal fats and started losing weight without knowing it. It wasn't until I had already lost 20lbs and someone commented on it that I noticed. It's only been the last couple of weeks that I've been using MyFitnessPal to keep track of what I'm eating and to make sure I'm not neglecting any essential nutrients. So far, just by eating two vegetarian meals a day, I've already lost 45lbs and I've never felt better.

    Well congrats on your loss already and welcome aboard! Sounds like you are already having a lot of sucess and I am sure that will continue.
