Finally I have arrived in the 190's!!!!!! I have lost 67lbs and I am so pleased to have made this mile stone. I have been on a roller coaster ride. but I never gave up. Yes. it has taken 20 years and the older you get the harder it becomes, but I can say one day at a time, one year at a time. If I can do it there is hope for every one. MYFITNESSPAL WAS THE KEY THAT OPENED THE DOOR
