Run Keeper HELP won't let me log in??!

Anyone ever have a hard time logging into run keeper!?!?! its making me crazy!!! I can log in online but on my phone, I wanted to use it for my marathon on Sunday I need to get this to work!!!!!!! HELP

    Ever since RunKeeper "updated," I've had trouble logging in, and the GPS can rarely find me. It's been one frustration after another. Furthermore, their "help" people only care if you're a paying customer. It's an ap I might have upgraded if it worked well as it is. Good luck with your marathon, but you may need to use a different ap to log it.
