I havent added the 7lbs I lost in the 3 weeks leading up to me joining MFP to my ticker..... I know this is a really trivial thing but im sort of tempted to, as to see the '17lbs lost' badge on my profile would be great....but is this cheating really since I didnt lose it while with MFP..? Sorry for the lameness of this post! :blushing:

I say, since this is YOUR weight loss journey, and not a websites, go ahead and add it, especially if you think the numbers will encourage you. More than likely more of the pictures you have to compare were taken prior to those 3 weeks and that 7 lb weight loss. So when you take a look at them and make comparisons, and use them to encourage all of us on our journey, then you'll have a complete picture. AWESOME JOB!

Your post just inspired me to change my ticker to include my pre-MFP weight loss! I'd say go for it!

I have actually been wondering if I should add the 9lbs I lost before MFP b/c all of my pictures are of me before.

i had the same silly thinhg going on. i lost 50 lbs before mfp and i hated that i looked like a noobie with no valueable opinions or information. so i fixed it! Now i feel more validated.
So, if your silly, i am too!
