Does MFP have a place where I can enter my daily steps numbers? I would love to be able track my numbers like I do weight, exercise etc....I love being able to look at the graphs that MFP provides.

Thanks in advance....

Not that I know of, but depending on your pedometer you may be able to sync it with MFP

My fitbit flex syncs with MFP and adjusts the calories for me

I created an exercise under "strength training" called Steps Per Day. I log it this way...1 "set" and the reps = the steps for that day. Then if you want to track the calories create an exercise under cardio called pedometer or what works for you. You can put 1 min for the time so it doesn't mess with your cardio duration tracking and put the calorie burn there.

I had to get VERY creative! LOL! :)
  • Thanks for the responses....I sure appreciate it.

My Omron doesn't have a website (that I know of anyway) or sinc with MFP.....its a great pedometer, but a little lower tech compared to some.

    Thanks again....

If you go to My Home>Check In - there is a feature to track additional measurements. I would add them in there!

ETA: If you track your steps using this feature, it will then give you a graph in the Reports section
