Back at it again and needin' some support!

Hey! I did this before and lost 20lbs on a goal of 30. I was doing so good and than stress set in among other things. So I am back here again and needing some support! I am 24 years old and currently 160lbs at 5' (yeah I know...woah.) My goal is to get down to 130 and see how I feel from there. I work out 4-6 times a week running and weight lifting but I really need to just watch my eating habits. I tend to have a sweet tooth ;). Any support would be appreciated!
