      Id love to have the V however as mentioned I carry A LOT of extra fat and not just because i am a woman (mostly because i am a fat woman)

      Cameron Diaz has it. I always admired her for that - but I think it's got more to do with her 'boyish' frame (not thin, but not 'curvy' in the traditional sense). She's quite straight up and down.

      Yep. Pink has it, too, but she has no curves. I don't think a woman with wider hip bones can achieve that.

      I female that I used to be friends with but she deactivated sent me a progress pic earlier this week of her abs, and she has a v cut. My jaw dropped, and I haven't yet been able to get it back to it's original position yet. Soooooooo hot

      I've heard it's possible for girls to get it. I think it depends on the body type.

      For me personally, I have very large hip bones so when my tummy is flat it gives the appearance of a "V" even without the necessary muscle. I remember a couple of years ago (when I had a flatter stomach) I was in dance class and my shirt came up a bit, and one of my guy friends goes, "Damn Lauren, you are CUT!" I laughed quietly to myself because I literally was not "cut" AT ALL... it's an optical illusion I rather enjoyed and am excited to have back :)

      I have the same optical illusion :P when not in my winter coat lol

      Not a lot of women have it because I think it takes a very low body fat plus slim hips and a more straight figure (not so many curves).

      I have one. Some days it's more prominent than others. I don't have an ultra low body fat, but I carry most of my fat in my legs and *kitten*, and my stomach is pretty lean.

      Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, tho, so it's ok. I'm not offended or feel body shamed in the least. I like my abs, and so does my sweetie. That's all that really matters. :-D

      I only have vertical lines like these, swimming and yoga I guess. I've never had abs or a V. Oh well, I like them. :)
