    I'm already doing a challenge for 2 miles a day in October so this would work for me.Need all the support I can get!I'm in!I have 6miles so far!

    Is this all the steps we take in a day added up to make miles or additional walks we take to get our miles with planned routes so we know how many miles the routes are? Sorry, a long time ago I was in one that went by steps in the day, and one where it was separate.

    10/1 - 4.3 miles brisk walk in 1 hour at lunchtime.
    10/2 - 2.5 miles brisk walk in 30 minutes at lunchtime.
    10/3 - 3.5 miles combined walk and jog on treadmill after work.
