Over 2 years ago, I tore the plantar faschia in my foot playing softball & couldn't work or exercise. I sat there feeling sorry for myself & stuffing my face with JUNK. Now at 45 years young, I am getting back in shape & working toward a healthier me :) Please excuse the sweat in the after pics...it was just after a workout :) Hope the pics work!
