    Tonya's Smoothie Recipe:

1/2 C fruit (I use two types most times)
1 C light almond milk or coconut milk
1 - 6 oz. light yogurt (don't use Carb Smart or it will turn into a gel, LOL)
1 tsp of local raw honey or 2 packets of stevia
    1/4 C of flax seeds
    1/4 C of oat bran
1 scoop of Super Green Food
    4-6 ice cubes

    Enjoy!

    My favorites:
Pina Colada (pineapple, banana, coconut milk)
    Blueberry Nectarine
    Key Lime
    Orange Creamsicle
    Raspberry Orange

I use Nutracore Lean Active 7. The vanilla and chocolate are really great tasting. Some other flavors not so much and some I haven't tried... but 145 calories and 30g of protein per scoop at a cost of less than a dollar each. My wife and I both enjoy them.

A good non-powder treat that still meets your requirements (well, maybe not as much on the cost side) is from Bolthouse. Their Vanilla Chai and Arabica Coffee protein drinks are absolutely delicious. More sugar, more calories, and less protein... but I love both of those flavors. If you want really high protein from them, try their protein plus stuff:

No affiliation with any of those products, just stuff I like to buy and consume. HTH
