Hi fellow "myfitnesspals". Joined this group a couple weeks ago, did not keep up with it. Had foot surgery in July, havent been able to do the things I like to lose weight. Biking, walking etc. I have a Dr. appt. today to see if I can do those things. Can't wait.
Love this site. It is fun and interesting to keep track of your progress with calories. Good luck to all.

    Good luck to you. I know it's frustrating when you want to exercise but physically can't. Keep up with the site, it is the best weight loss tool I've ever used. Walking 4-5 times a week and entering my food for the day. The weight is coming of S-L-O-W-L-Y but remember: " Slow and steady wins the race!"
