I'm no longer of awesome geek standard and really antique when it comes to technology, so forgive me.

What I'm looking for are software suggestions for routing documents electronically for signature. For example... 5 people need to sign one page of a document or approve one bill. It needs to route from one to the next, when completed, automagically route to the next. It needs to be completely secure, obviously. Not email... That's neither effective or secure, but something automated where one administrator sets it all up and the order it needs to be routed or accessed.

My google machine is broken, because I don't know how to word what I'm looking for, I'm that dumb. But if you can give me proper lingo, I can google my fingers bloody

I'll love you forever if you can be of any help!

I wish I had an answer for you. Good luck on your quest. Take this sword. It's lonely out there.

If you have Adobe Pro, you can just send it around using the SendNow online function. That's what I do.

I'm sure there's an all-in-one way to do this out there, but at a quick glance, give these two things a look and see if they can help.

I think using a service such as the docusign would be your best bet. Security is obviously an issue here and having a central spot where you can upload the document and others can sign it at their leisure (don't have to worry about one person not signing it for hours delaying the entire process).

https://rightsignature.com/ is another that is a little cheaper where docusign is around 25/month I believe rightsignature is 15/month and you get 5 free documents with rightsignature.com (not sure on limitations).

    http://www.silanis.com/

Is another one that you may want to review as well.

Kalido makes a product called Data Governance Director. It's basically a workflow engine.

Downside: software and implementation is around $200,000

Just hit their website. It's been over a year since I worked there, and it appears that they have rolled the product into their Data Warehousing/Master Data Management platform.. It might be serious overkill if you;re just looking for a workflow tool.

    Sorry for the false lead.
