Pilates success stories?

I recently starting doing pilates, and love it! Does anyone have before/ after pictures or stories of how pilates worked for them?
I've been combining 45-60 minutes of cardio with 30 minutes of mat pilates.

    I was about 270 pounds when I started a pilates class in college. I lost 20 pounds with its help, and help strengthen my core for pregnancy.

    I love it, and if I could afford another class, I'd go! :)

    I used to do a ton of pilates in college, and got great results. It made my body leaner and I felt taller. I got lots of complements on my body, and people would ask me if I did ballet. I didn't loose any weight with pilates alone, you really don't burn much from pilates but it definitely transforms your body.

    I prefer Pilates on the reformer ... I feel like it's more effective for training the rest of the body, not just the core ...
  • <<--- Not pilates, but Bikram yoga. I'm sure the focus on strength and flexibility is similar in both programs. I don't have a 'before' picture, but I'm definitely more muscly now, and loving it.
