Good post.
I nearly doubled up last Saturday because of an event with LOTS of food, and I thought I might see a lull in my weight loss. Wasn't even a blip. I've continued at the same basic rate.

Me too lol, Iast night I just became a snack monster. Having two servings of caramel popcorn, but then wait that wasn't enough, I went back and got regular popcorn, shm... that popcorn added up. But now it's like, it was only one night.0 -
