24 Hour Challenge - October

Options
I love the 24hr exercise challenge. I don't always make it but I usually exercise more because of this challenge.
Some people are able to go way over and some don't make it but have fun trying.

The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of October. Good luck everybody.

Here goes:

Tues 10/1 - Biked 45min, strength train 15min (23hrs left)

    I'm in again. This is my third month trying and I'm determined to hit 24 hours! 34 minutes done yesterday.

    09/02 - 55 minutes (weight training) might get a little more in later

    I have NO idea if I can hit this but it'll atleast be a good way to see how much I really do work out in terms of time. I'm sure it was more the past two days but I'll go under my estimation and say I've done an hour so far :)

    Sounds good. I need sonething different because I've lost all motovation after gaining back alot of weight this year. I started Feb 2012 by Nov 2012 I lost my goal of 30 lbs and since then (due to injury and illness) I've gaind 25 lbs back and now I feel overwhelmed about starting over.
