I HATE the Bob Harper inside out method, but really I love them. I hurt for days after I do either the strength or cardio videos. The 10 minute solution series is fun to throw some variety into the routine, too.

She has a ton of free vidoes ranging from full work outs, to just showing you how to do certain things. I lover her fusion work outs!

Insanity for sure. I also enjoy Jillian Michael's workout but can't stand her attitude ...so I mute when I work out with her vids.

Another one of my recent faves are Zuzana workouts - zcut cardio and zcut strength

BodyBeast. Love, love, love it...also love FocusT25. Definitely a watered down version of Insanity so I'm still able to lift the same day.

    Youtube.com!

As a Zumba instructor I go there more than I look at the Zin DVD's they send. AND, it's free :D

Turbo Fire. Zumba would be second. Both fun and good workouts. But Turbo Fire's mix of dancy cardio, plyometric HIIT, strength and yoga is hands down my favorite.
