Repeat. :laugh: i HATE the BLOAT too, I think that bothers me more than the temporary water weight gain on the scale. :grumble: Regardless, of how much or little salt I eat or how poorly I eat, I always drink at least 17 cups of water a day. And, on workout days, it's easily closer to approx 22 cups, but I still have the bloat after "naughty" meals and/or wine, but especially beer. I swear my body just likes to think it's a damn puffer fish most days. ESPECIALLY when TOM is close to crash landing! :laugh:0

I over ate today and had to do an hour and 50 mins of exercise to make up for it - THAT WILL TEACH ME! (I hope!)0

It is difficult to gain or lose fat. You can get some crazy swings in water weight.0
