adding workouts correctly with boxing

I just started using mfp to track my workouts. I'm a fighter and box 6 days a week. I was wondering if when I add my sparring or heavy bag work in minutes am I just adding the added up time of the active rounds? Or is it the entire session? For example I'm training for a fight and my coach sometimes has me spar for 12 rounds at 3 - 4 minutes each with a minute rest between rounds sometimes 30 seconds. During the breaks in the rounds my heart is still pounding. I may be thinking too much but we are talking like a 15 minute difference here and I need to drop a certain amount of weight so I'm trying to get this as dialed in as possible. Thanks

I'm looking for the same information. Heavy Bag work could be strength or cardio.0
