Hello,
After searching around your website which is really useless I was wondering if this can be done and if so can someone give me som step by step insturctions.
What I would like is to list everything for breakfast,,lunch and dinner and have the data base tell me how much carbs I am have for each meal. I would like also it to be recorded on a spread sheet so I can send it to my doctor.
Thank you

Record it in your food diary, it gives you all the counts than you can print from there there is a button at the bottom that says View Full Report (Printable) click it and you can select the dates and it gives you all kinds of information.0

Remember to subtract sugar alcohols and fiber, the don't count.0

Hello,
So if I have alcohols say a budweiser what would I have to subtract?0 -
No! Not Alcohol.... Silly.... Sugar Alcohols. Like in Sugar free gum, or Atkins foods. They use sugar alcohols as sweeteners. The carbs in Budweiser do count!
Good try though!0
