How did I get my new ticker from tickerfactory on here and how do i update it each day?
Go to tickerfactory.com and create a ticker. remember what your pin is. what I did was use the direct display image to post onto this board. i.e. except the img is in lowercase. Then I took the code for the blog which I believe is the first option and posted it to my own blog. everyday you can click on the link in your blog and update data, enter pin and BOOM!! updated. :flowerforyou: That's what works for me. I have also updated my ticker image on here after I add new data. Again using the direct image display or whatever it's called.

Go back to the ticker website, use your pin, add the miles.... then copy the code and paste it here.0 -

October 3... 4 miles (Thanks to my co-workers.... they dragged me there!)

Anyone know if there is a thread maybe for 100 miles in October? I just checked my September number and did 86.1 miles and I have completed 21.3 miles so far in October. I will happily do mine here with this one and just try to double the challenge goal, but was wondering if anyone else is shooting for 100 miles (this is walking not running).0

Guess I will at least start here:
Oct 1: 4.89
Oct 2: 5.81
Oct 3: 6.54
Total: 17.24 (21.3 includes this morning as I just use a spreadsheet to track treadmill walks).

Yesterday I took the girls to town and I walked around for about an hour (ish). Unfortunately my 2 year old wiped my pedometer before I could get the number of steps written down. I reckon I walked about 1 mile.
Today I walked 3 miles at brisk pace to Leslie Sansone's 3 Mile Walk at Home work out video.
TOTAL: 6.60 MILES
