Hi, i am new. My name is Arzu. İ am female. And i am from Azerbaijan. İ was 57 before using this app. ( 3days ago) Now i am 56,5 kg. İ think this is very good change in 3days :) my first goal is to be 55 kg in 1week and second goal is to be 50kg if i can in 1,5month :) wish me good luck :) and i also wish all of you good luck. Be healthy, be beautiful and be happy :)
P.s: i am sorry for bad english :-/
