My doctor gave me a 2 week sample of align probiotic... I ran out of my samples and went to the store to see it is $30. My question is for those who take probiotics which one do you prefer?

    I am using the probiotic made by Phillips, the makers of Bayer. Works great and tons cheaper.

    I like Align and Culturelle, because they have research backing them. That's not to say that other brands wouldn't work if they were studied.
    I think it's good to take 2 or 3 brands with different species, to increase the odds that one of them "takes" in your GI tract.
    I get mine on Ebay, which are cheaper than stores.

    I have been taking align for 2 weeks and haven't noticed any difference. Im not sure its worth the money...
