I have breakfast before cardio I tried it once without breakfast and I got dizzy and light headed so yes you do need some food in your tummy0

sup Ronit!
looking good already lol. thats a really good workout plan. I wake up at 5am for a 7am -8am walk lol not intense but better than nothing. So i hav breaky then. Some days i have it after the walk. My bro told me after exercise, to drink 1/2 cup of milk because it helps regenerate muscles or something and also makes you full. Oatmeal daym, i tried that, so plain and disgusting.. try dry cereal its quick and easy to scoff down without no need for prep - i eat sultana bran with cold milk and honey on somedays. If you really like your oats and i know its really healthy, then yea go for it and prepare your breaky in advance, whatever works for you

For oatmeal the nutrition will be the same if you cook in advance. I know people who make a giant pot of it over the weekend & just reheat all week. There are also recipes out there for oatmeal in the crockpot - you can cook it overnight while you're sleeping.
When I run in the morning I usually just eat a banana & drink water before heading out, then have breakfast after my run. If I eat too much before my run it feels like a rock in the pit of my stomach.0 -
Check online for the crock pot oatmeal, it's one you make in a crock pot and it cooks overnight. I'm not a fan of oatmeal but a friend of mine loves it. A good dry cereal is kashi blueberry clusters, just enough carbs to kick you off with a good hit of protein.0

Have breakfast whenever you'd like. Or not at all.0

It depends on the person. Some people can exercise first thing in the morning at their fullest while others need to eat first for the same results.
Try both, I mean worst case scenario is you have issues for that one morning.0
