Hello,
I started today, trying to "do it right". I am doing a flush for 2 weeks then adding back in wheat, dairy and carbs (basically). Still having a fruit each day though. So hello everyone! Let's GO!

I went to my obgyn last week and he said I had to loose weight. I went to my primary care doctor today and she said the same thing. I would like to say my goal is to loose 75 lbs. asap but instead I'm going to say my goal is to loose 5 lbs. a month, so that when I go back to the doctor in 6 months I will have lost 30 lbs. This is really hard as I am going to be 60 in October and everything seems to be falling in on me.0
