    yep, this was needed this week. Had a few bad days, well it feels like it anyway. I didn't even go over 2000 the couple of days that I lost my mind and didn't stick to the plan. I felt like I failed though. Back on track now but I have to remember not to beat myself up so much over a slip up. Thanks :happy:

    phew......reading that was such a relief!

    Was away for a few days = first two days I was quite good but hey bang I had an Indian Takeaway on the Friday night & then coming home on the Saturday I had a Gourmet Burger plus chocolate & crisps. Soooooo NOT good.

    I can relax now knowing that it is just a blip & I probably won't gain as much as I think with this excess intake.

    A very good post & should be a constant reminder.......thanks to the 'poster'!! :bigsmile:
