hey guys i am new here my name is belal i am 29 years old and my weight is 291 lbs and my height is 72 inches. it feels pathetic every day when i woke up so now i want to lose weight and need determination and focus. I really wanna lose alot of weight and my goal is 180lbs and i know i can do it i really need friends for their diet and exercise motivation so please add me as a friend i need help in this
