If you are add me as a friend so we can support and motivate one another to get to our goals..we can do a monday weigh in and post our results that day. Anyone in?

  • I am in the same range (239) and my goal is 140. You can add me if you like, although I do my weigh-ins on Wednesdays. Middle of the week seems to be better for me, especially if I've had a bad weekend, give a few days to catch up.

    I started at 290 today I am at 192.
    I'm getting closer to my goal of 133-140.
    Day by Day.
    We all are getting closer to our goals as long as we keep trying. I got tired of starting over on Monday or New Years or this birthday...blah blah blah.

    My start weight was 242 (236 on here) and I am now down to 177 with a goal weight of 140. I know where you have been.

    ( these are the numbers that I calculated, counting 1kg=2lb, which is not correct, but the easiest way to convert)
