People who have done 30 day shred more than once

What were your results like the second time through? I have two days left of my first shred and am really pleased with how my strength and fitness have improved and how many inches I've lost. I have been doing the modified versions of the moves, so I think I should still get a lot out of the second round. I just wondered whether I could expect anywhere near the same inches lost etc.?

    I am starting the 30 day shred again on Monday and hopefully, I can do the pushups on my toes instead of my knees! I want to be able to do the whole 20 minutes without stopping also! I always have to stop and catch my breath during the cardio, and the planks are killer!! I enjoyed session 3 much more than session 2!

    I started the second round yesterday, 2bassets I was just pleased I can now do push ups on my knees! I could barely move when I started the first round. I was amazed how much fitter I was than when I started the first round last month!
