Goal: lose 20lbs by next Summer!

Hello! I'm new to myfitnesspal. I found it on my iphone the other day as an app and absolutely love it!

I'm 5'3" and weigh 145lbs. My goal is to weigh what I did in college... 125lbs! I really hope having this tool to keep track of my calories and exercises really help. I just started taking zumba classes and it's the funnest workout ever! i plan to go 3-4x/week and it will be my main form of exercise as I work to reach my goal of losing 20 pounds before next Summer =) I also have an elliptical at home that I really should put to use the other days I can't make it to zumba! (it's just not as fun!)

I haven't really browsed the website yet, but I hope it has some nutritional tips! I really want to learn more about nutrition and health & wellness, in general =)
