WiiFitU - who's tried it?

Hi guys! My partner and I just halved in for the Zelda WiiU bundle, came with Wind Waker.

Anyway, I've been considering purchasing WiiFitU, but I'm not sure how effective it is or if it's even what I'm looking for. What I'm looking for is something that will have an acceptable calorie burn, nothing massive just something equivalent to a walk or something. I'm also looking for something that might improve my flexibility, or perhaps tone me up a little.

Does WiiFitU do any of this? Perhaps by using yoga or pilates or something?

I'm not expecting anything massive from it, I'm actually used to 30DS and RI30 but my days of super intense exercise are on hold until I get another apartment. I don't have the space, privacy or the equipment to do any JM workouts right now. Currently, I just do 7 mile walks a couple of times a week, three times a week tops. But the colder weather is setting in, I have complex health issues that make winter difficult for me and I'd rather exercise at home, if that makes sense. :/

Wii Fit is pretty lame for exercise. It's more games that get you moving a bit. Not sure if you can get it for WiiU but Gold's Gym Cardio boxing is great and you basically stand in one spot, no jumping around, to do it.

I have the fit board for the Wii and the game that comes with it has yoga, strength training and games for cardio.

Thanks for the replies! Yeah, I don't know what Wii Fit is like, but I'm aware there are some changes in WiiFitU, I'd be really happy if it had anything like hot yoga or pilates.
