I started at the end of February with my weight loss journey. Went vegan and completed Tony Horton's Power 90 program and then moved on to P90X. Completed 1 round and am now on Round 1 of P90X/P90Xplus hybrid.

I am thoroughly excited to take my shirt of now! Thanks every one here at MFP for your help! I will continue to eat right and excercise as this is now a way of life for me. Will post another progress midway through this round of P90X/P90Xplus hybrid.

    Wow congratz! You have quite the motivation. It is people like you that make me continue my exercise program. However, I do not think I will ever become vegan, lol. How did you take out all the meat?

    Great job, going vegan is the way to go. I've lost 70 lbs now since I gave up meat 3 years ago. P90X really works too. And its really easy to give up meat, especially if you're in it for ethical reasons. Again, great job.

    Congrats dude! I don't know how you can handle the vegan diet, not enough strong sources of protein in one serving for me to justify the change.
