Hello every one!
New to this whole MFP thing.
I'm going to really try this time as I have a bridesmaid dress to fit in to next year. I am looking for advice and tips from you lovelies that will help me.
I'm doing the basics like drinking more water and cutting down on calories, eating more fruit but is there anything else I can be doing?

Welcome aboard!
Use your food diary - log everything you eat, and then after a week or 2 assess how you're doing, and make changes if needed.
Take your weight and measurements now.
Careful on the fruit, it isn't "free" like in Weight Watchers, and it can mount up if you eat a lot of it.0 -
Add a little extra exercise even brisk walks, the exercise makes all the difference with me!0

I'm also going to be a bridesmaid in July, which is my main motivation.
My best advice is just stick with it no matter what. Even if you aren't losing any weight.
Also, I find that doing weight training mixed with cardio is helpful, since muscle burns more calories than fat in general.
