How do I account for the extra calories I need when nursing?

Hi! You can add your calories as an exercise or as a food. What I do is type 'breasfeeding' undet breakfast in my food diary and various options come up, I pick 'older child -200' and it gives me an extra 200 calories in my allowence. You can pick the right options on there that are suitable for you. Hope this helped0
