Motivating music for cardio workouts??

Always looking for songs to keep me motivated while I exercise, something good to keep me going when I'm exhausted and want to give up. Since I gym every day I'm getting a bit sick of my playlists, are there any songs that you particularly love to gym to? Would love the suggestions :flowerforyou: x

This site is great for finding cardio music that is the right pace.

You put in your jogging (or walking) pace ....MPH and it gives you a list of songs in that range. You can then sort by genre

Here are some of my 4 MPH (walking):
Lady Antebellum Just a Kiss 143
Earth, Wind & Fire Got to Get You Into My Life 141
KISS Rock and Roll All Night 142
    Heart Heartless 142
    P!nk U + Ur Hand 141
Ashley Gearing Five More Minutes 144
John Mellencamp Paper In Fire 142

One thing I like for the gym is to find dubstep remixes of songs that I like. The steady beat helps keep me going.

    Also a fan of:
    Ra Ra Riot-Dance with Me
    Smallpools-Dreaming
    New Politics-Harlem
    Will i Am/Britney Spears-Scream and Shout
    Fitz and the Tantrums-The Walker
    Calvin Harris-Sweet Nothing
    Robin Thicke-Blurred Lines

    Other Side Of Love

    Ray Foxx
Boom Boom (Heartbeat) (feat. Rachel K Collier)

If I'm working from in doors I'll use KISS FM (UK), or any other fast upbeat dance music, or radio while out on the road running, and do the exercise to the pace of the music, faster and harder the better......

    take care

I just use Pandora, recently I've been listening to either 90's pop or Emmure radio(hardcore)... It depends on my mood, if I feel it slipping them I switch up the channels.

ETA: Cheesily enough, randomly Eye of the Tiger came on one day(I was listening to 80s I believe) and I got SUPER pumped and felt like Rocky haha
  • One song that makes me finish strong is Eminem Lose Yourself.....I love it!!
My current workout theme song is Katy Perry Roar

Here's a great site I found - you can sort songs based on the BPM you want to keep!
