Hello,
This is my first day on MyFitnessPal and I can see that it is going to help me lose those extra pounds I have wanted to lose for a while. I tried the diet pills but that route is not for me. I gained the weight slowly the past 5 years and I shouldn't expect to lose it over night with diet pills. I'm gonna have to learn to eat right and exercise. Need to do it NOW or else I never will.
I want to thank Vanessa for introducing me to this website! YEAH!
